During my recent 4-day stay at Executives Hotel - Olaya, I was delighted by the exceptional quality service provided. the friendly and helpful staff, especially Husam at reception, made me feel warmly welcomed from the moment I arrived. Despite a small hiccup with the initial room, Husam went above and beyond by upgrading me to a spacious suite at no extra cost, exceeding my expectations. the suite was elegantly furnished, with a comfortable king-size bed and a stunning view from the window, creating a truly luxurious experience. the attention to detail in the room was impeccable, with complimentary toiletries, a well-equipped mini-bar, and an electric kettle for tea and coffee facilities, ensuring a comfortable and convenient stay. the cleanliness and generosity displayed by the hotel in providing these amenities were truly impressive. In conclusion, Executives Hotel - Olaya exceeded my high expectations in every aspect, from the exceptional service and thoughtful amenities to the delightful room upgrade and convenient location. I would highly recommend this hotel to anyone visiting Riyadh for a memorable and enjoyable experience.
